Begin at Shamian Island, strolling beneath mature trees among historic Western-influenced architecture beside the Pearl River.
Continue to Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street and explore the surrounding traditional commercial district, with opportunities to sample local snacks along the way.

Walk across Haixin Bridge and continue around Haixinsha, enjoying different perspectives of the Pearl River and surrounding architecture.

Travel to Foshan for a day centered on the city's traditional arts and local heritage.
Begin at the Foshan Ancestral Temple Museum, a historic complex combining Ming and Qing architectural art, Taoist and folk culture, and Foshan's martial arts traditions.
The wider museum complex also includes memorial halls associated with Wong Fei-hung and Ip Man.

In the afternoon, explore Nanfeng Ancient Kiln in Shiwan, a living center of ceramic heritage built around a more than 500-year-old dragon kiln.

Travel to Shunde, a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy with a deeply rooted Cantonese food culture.
Begin at Fengjian Water Town, walking beside waterways, historic bridges and riverside village architecture.
Take a planned local boat ride for a slower view of the settlement from the water.
Continue to Qinghui Garden, one of Guangdong's celebrated traditional gardens, combining ponds, pavilions, shaded courtyards and intricate details within a compact Lingnan composition.
Finish around Daliang Huagai Road Pedestrian Street, where you can explore Shunde's everyday food culture.

Begin the final morning at Baiyun Mountain, one of Guangzhou's best-known green landscapes.
Depending on your preferred pace, enjoy a walk through the scenic area and take in elevated views across the city.
Continue to Yuexiu Park, a long-established central Guangzhou park associated with several of the city's best-known cultural landmarks.
See the Five Rams Sculpture, closely connected with Guangzhou's traditional identity as the 'City of Rams.'
At the arranged time, your personal driver will transfer you to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport or your scheduled railway station for departure.
