Begin in the heart of Chongqing, move into the karst valleys and highlands of Wulong, then return to the city's rivers and finish with some of the region's richest cultural heritage.
Day 1 · Chongqing
Arrive in Chongqing
Arrive in Chongqing by flight or train. Your personal driver will meet you at the airport or railway station and provide a private transfer to your hotel in central Chongqing.
After check-in, enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.
Depending on your arrival time, you might explore the surrounding neighborhood, experience Chongqing hotpot or enjoy an independent evening walk.
Overnight in Chongqing.
Day 2 · Chongqing → Wulong
Three Natural Bridges & Fairy Mountain
After breakfast, travel from Chongqing into the mountainous landscapes of Wulong.
Visit the Three Natural Bridges and descend into the immense limestone valley beneath its natural arches and towering cliffs.
The site forms part of the Wulong Karst component of the UNESCO-listed South China Karst.
In the afternoon, continue to Fairy Mountain, where open grassland and forest create a gentler contrast to the enclosed karst valley.
Your overnight arrangement will follow the final confirmed itinerary, either in the Wulong area or Chongqing.
Two Landscapes in One Day Experience Wulong from below at the monumental natural bridges, then move into the more open highland scenery of Fairy Mountain.
Day 3 · Wulong → Chongqing
Longshuixia Fissure & Chongqing After Dark
Begin the day at Longshuixia Fissure, a narrow karst gorge characterized by steep rock walls, streams and waterfalls.
Follow the walking route through the gorge before continuing back toward central Chongqing.
Visit Liziba Station to see the city's famous monorail pass through the multi-level building complex.
Continue to the Yangtze River Cableway for a different perspective on the river and Chongqing's steep urban landscape.
In the evening, enjoy the planned Two Rivers Night Cruise on the Yangtze and Jialing river system, viewing the illuminated skyline from the water.

From Deep Gorge to Night Skyline One day moves from a narrow natural fissure deep in Wulong to Chongqing's monorail, cableway and illuminated rivers.
Day 4 · Anju & Dazu
Ancient-Town Streets & Dazu Rock Art
After breakfast, travel to Anju Ancient Town.
Wander through its traditional streets and architectural landscape, enjoying a slower-paced contrast to central Chongqing.
In the afternoon, continue to the Dazu Rock Carvings.
Explore remarkable cliffside carvings created between the 9th and 13th centuries, where Buddhist, Taoist and Confucian traditions appear alongside scenes connected with everyday life.
After the visit, return to Chongqing.
Overnight in Chongqing.
A Major Chinese Rock-Art Tradition Dazu stands apart for the scale, artistic quality and diversity of its religious and secular cliff carvings.
Day 5 · Ciqikou → Departure
Ciqikou Ancient Town & Farewell to Chongqing
After breakfast, visit Ciqikou Ancient Town.
Explore its lively lanes, traditional-style buildings, teahouses, food stalls and small shops, leaving time for a relaxed final experience before departure.
At the scheduled time, your personal driver will transfer you to Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport or your scheduled railway station.
Your five-day Chongqing journey comes to an end.
