Begin beneath Shanghai's skyline, journey through historic Nanjing and the landscapes of Taihu Lake, then slow down among Suzhou gardens, Jiangnan waterways and West Lake.
Arrive at Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport or your scheduled Shanghai railway station.

After breakfast, travel by high-speed train to Nanjing.
Begin around the Confucius Temple and Qinhuai River Area, exploring its historic streets, local food and waterside atmosphere.
Continue to the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum, an imposing memorial complex set against the wooded slopes of Purple Mountain.
In the afternoon, continue by road to Changzhou.
Experience Oriental Salt Lake Resort, a cultural destination at Maoshan drawing on Taoist traditions, regional culture and immersive entertainment.
Overnight in Changzhou.
After breakfast, travel to Wuxi and visit Yuantouzhu Scenic Area (Turtle Head Isle) on the shore of Taihu Lake.
Enjoy the broad lake landscape, green hills and Jiangnan-style scenery. During the spring blossom season, the area is also known for its cherry blossoms.
Continue to Suzhou and visit Lion Grove Garden, one of the gardens included in UNESCO's Classical Gardens of Suzhou.
The garden is particularly noted for its complex rockeries, courtyards and compact landscape design.
In the afternoon, travel to Wuzhen Xizha.
Explore its canals, bridges and waterside streets before staying into the evening to experience the illuminated water-town atmosphere.
Overnight in Wuzhen.
Begin the day with more time in Wuzhen before visiting Wuzhen Dongzha.
Experience a different part of the historic water-town setting before continuing to Hangzhou.
At West Lake, enjoy the planned scenic boat journey and take in the lake, causeways, surrounding hills and cultural landscape.
Continue to Qinghefang Historic Street for traditional-style shops, local specialties and a relaxed walk.
Overnight in Hangzhou.
After breakfast, leave Hangzhou and travel to Nanxun Ancient Town.
Explore its canals, historic residences, garden spaces and streets shaped by the merchant culture of the region.
Continue to Zhouzhuang Ancient Town, where stone bridges, waterways and traditional riverside architecture create another distinctive Jiangnan setting.
After sightseeing, return to Shanghai.

Begin the final day with a walk along The Bund, where Shanghai's historic waterfront architecture faces the contemporary towers of Pudong across the Huangpu River.
Continue to Nanjing Road for a final stroll through central Shanghai and time for shopping according to your schedule.
At the arranged time, your personal driver will transfer you to your scheduled Shanghai airport or railway station.
Your six-day Jiangnan journey comes to an end.
Water towns: this itinerary visits three distinct water towns — Wuzhen, Nanxun and Zhouzhuang — while Wuzhen itself is experienced through both Xizha and Dongzha.
Shanghai evening: Jin Mao Tower, Shanghai World Financial Center and the Huangpu River night cruise are optional experiences. Observation access should be confirmed for the selected travel date.
Yuantouzhu: cherry blossoms are seasonal, so blossom viewing should only be expected during suitable spring departures.
